Connexion Office Update

With the outbreak of COVID-19, the Puget Sound region is experiencing an event unprecedented in our lifetimes. All Connexion employees have been mandated to work from home for the next few weeks.

Please note for Medicare applications that Connexion recommends utilizing the online Connecture tool, which eliminates the need for paper application processing. Connexion is currently working on a staffing plan to accommodate paper applications sent to our office, and will send an update soon. If you need help with Connecture submissions, please contact Cindy Brooks at the Medicare email inbox below.

Although the Connexion physical office is closed during this time, employees are continuing to work from home. Please EMAIL all inquiries at this time to the appropriate inbox below.
