Premera and Connexion are continuing efforts to support our small group employer customers and producers, and to keep our communities safe during this time period.
Employers now have the ability to pay their monthly premium balance via the online bill pay system in the Employer Portal using a credit card. There is no charge at this time to use this service.
Also, Premera is expanding its telehealth network to include 98point6, Doctor on Demand, Boulder Care, and Workit Health. This gives members greater access and addresses the increased demand related to COVID-19 including for mental health and substance abuse disorders. This expanded network is available until June 30, 2020, with the potential to extend the duration based on business and epidemiological considerations.
