Preliminary 2021 Premera Small Group Medical rates are available now in GroupQuote “Pending OIC Approval”.
Please note that these rates are available for early QUOTING ONLY and are still pending OIC approval. You will not be able to “submit” a new group nor will renewal packages be sent until rates are final.
The 2021 Health Plan Guide and plan specific benefit summaries (Highlights) will be posted on the Connexion website shortly and are currently available on premera.com.
