For LifeWise Individual Medical policies with effective date 1/1/2020 and forward, commissions will be paid as follows:
- Agencies that have sold 100+ individual medical policies from LifeWise and or Premera will receive $17 pmpm on LifeWise individual medical
- Agencies that have sold 50+ individual medical policies from LifeWise and or Premera will receive $17 pmpm for each LifeWise policy that has additional dental/ancillary sold along with Medical; otherwise $10 pmpm on LifeWise individual medical
- Agencies that have sold 1-49 policies from LifeWise and or Premera will receive $10 pmpm on LifeWise individual medical
Connexion will determine the number of active policies sold by the end of March 2020.
