Preliminary 2022 Premera Small Group Medical rates are available now in One Platform “Pending OIC Approval”.
Please note that these rates are available for early QUOTING ONLY and are still pending OIC approval. You will not be able to “submit” a new group. January renewals will be released by Premera once OIC approval is received.
